Paint
Paint is our 20 year old Paint horse gelding. After giving us 3 amazing years enjoying him for riding lessons and trail rides, we have officially retired him from the riding program due to his chronic disease, DSLD (Degenerative Suspensory Ligament Desmitis). Which is a progressive, incurable equine disease that affects the suspensory ligament, causing painful lamenss. Paint is happy to retire, he loves getting groomed and especially loves treats!

Topeka
Topeka is our 18 year old Buckskin Mare. She loves to run the barrel pattern, poles & flags, she’s our go-to lesson horse for Rodeo eventing fun! Topeka does have Equine Cushings Disease which is a hormonal disorder that affects the pituitary gland, causing it to overproduce certain hormones. Although this disease is incurable, it is easily treatable with medications and diet changes. Topeka doesn’t seem to mind, she is a happy go lucky girl and loves making her rider happy!

But Cocoas favorite thing to bring a pep back into her step is roaming the barn freely, not being kept in a paddock and simply wandering around as she pleases!
